By accessing or using echotest ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Yenova Labs LLC FZ ("Company"), registered in Dubai, UAE.
echotest is a synthetic market research platform that simulates consumer behavior using AI agents. Simulation results are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees of real-world outcomes. You should use results as one input among many in your decision-making process.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each user belongs to an organization. Billing, quotas, and simulation access are managed at the organization level. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused simulation slots do not carry over between billing periods. Activity credits purchased as add-ons never expire.
You may not: use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer the simulation engines; share account credentials; or exceed rate limits through automated means.
You own your simulation inputs and the reports generated from them. We own the simulation engines, methodologies, AI models, and platform infrastructure. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating simulation results.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of simulation results. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing page or Stripe portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
