echotest is a product of Yenova Labs LLC FZ, registered in Dubai, UAE. When we say "we", "us", or "echotest", we mean Yenova Labs LLC FZ operating the echotest platform.
Account data: Name, email address, and hashed password when you register. We never store passwords in plaintext.
Simulation data: The content, product descriptions, and parameters you submit for simulations. This data is processed by our AI engines to generate reports.
Usage data: Timestamps, simulation counts, and feature usage for quota enforcement and platform improvement.
Marketing leads: Name, email, company, and role when you join the waitlist, request a sample report, or contact sales.
We use your data to: provide the simulation service, enforce plan quotas, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, team invites), and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your simulation inputs are sent to Azure OpenAI (Microsoft) for processing. Microsoft does not use your data to train their models. Inputs and outputs are not stored by Microsoft beyond the API request lifecycle. See Microsoft's data processing terms for details.
Simulation data is retained for the duration of your account. You can configure a custom data retention period (default: 365 days) in your account settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.
You can export all your data (Article 20 — data portability), delete your account and all associated data, and manage your consent preferences at any time via Settings > Privacy or by contacting us.
We use bcrypt password hashing, httpOnly session cookies, TLS encryption in transit, and encrypt data at rest via Azure. See our Security page for details.
